Avaya 1603 VoIP Phone is an IP deskphone that is cost-effective and delivers familiar features at an attractive price point for customers with basic communications needs.

It's designed to be reliable and provide critical features that are not normally provided in similarly-priced models. The 1603 features LED lights and fixed feature buttons to deliver the latest in user experience features, including programmable softkeys, a navigation wheel and a context sensitive user interface. It also offers a standard 2-way speakerphone, backlit display and multi-line capabilities.

The 1603 is designed for the walk-up user for use in lobbies and other public spaces, and it supports three line appearances/feature keys, each with dual LEDs that show status. Fixed keys include conference, transfer, drop, hold, mute and a 2-way speakerphone.

The Avaya 1603 is also ideal for everyday phone users who don't use the phone as a critical piece of their communications needs.

The Avaya 1603 VoIP Phone offers many new features, including:

• Supports 3 feature buttons
• Each button includes dual red/green LEDs to display an explicit status for the user
• Includes fixed feature keys for common telephone tasks including conference, transfer, drop, hold, mute
• 2-way speakerphone
• 2 lines by 16 character display, backlit for easier viewing in all lighting conditions
• 1603-I IP Deskphone
• Wedge stand for desktop and wall-mounting
